At Hasthshilpa, we value our customers and strive to meet their expectations. Please read our policy below:
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us at info@hasthshilpa.com as soon as possible within this 24-hour window. However, if the product has already been shipped or has been booked for shipping within the 24-hour time frame, we will be unable to cancel the order.
In the event of a refund request within 24 hours of ordering, a fee of 10% will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
Please note that customized products cannot be canceled.
Sometimes due to festivals and holidays and sometimes due to unforeseen events, the products shipping might get late then the committed team. We request you to kindly support in this time as if the product is halfway made, we won’t be able to take returns and allow refunds and can’t cancel orders.
Return Policy
We will accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, please inform Hasthshilpa within 24 hours of receipt by calling us at +91 95497 22306 or emailing us at info@hasthshilpa.com. Please share pictures of the defective products through email in order to initiate the return process.
Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. However, please note that the refund will be issued only after we receive an email consent from you and it may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.
Please note that we will not entertain returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reasons such as the product not matching your expectations or you simply changing your mind about the purchase. We will also not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
- Refusal to accept products
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
- Force majeure event
- In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
The determination to proceed with a refund is within our purview and is subject to a thorough evaluation of the circumstances involved.

It is to be also noted that each has different grains, so there might be difference in grains, in finish due to it as different wood soak different polish and no consistency can be maintained in this. We want you to be clear before ordering as we want you to be happy with product you get. So final finish might differ many times as the wood used if solid wood.
NOTE – As most of our products are hand-carved and handcrafted, the final products might be a little different then the ones how they appear in the picture. There might be a little difference in final finish and in final carvings so please note that there won’t be any refund or return just due to this.
